about me

I’m Timi. I’m a PCC-certified coach, consultant, and trainer, with a background in psychology. I help leaders create workplaces where people feel brave enough to grow, and valued enough to stay. I support professionals in building confidence and making decisions.I’ve worked with 40+ organisations across IT, FMCG, retail, production, and non-profits, with 3750+ hours of facilitation and 750+ hours of coaching experience.


From organizing experiences to transforming organizations - my story
I've always been drawn to creating environments where people thrive. As a child, I organized scavenger hunts at birthday parties. As a teenager, I led a wizarding community and summer camps. There was something magical about creating spaces where people felt connected, engaged, and alive.
My formal path wasn't straightforward. I studied archaeology at university before realizing it wasn't my calling. I explored diplomacy, considered event planning, and eventually found myself in HR and recruitment. But it was during a leadership development training that everything clicked, I discovered my true passion lay in teaching leaders how to create workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and able to grow.


The work I do
Today, I partner with organizations committed to long-term transformation, helping them shape their culture - the accepted behaviors that define how people communicate, collaborate, and ultimately succeed together. I consult, facilitate and train skills - as needed.
I also work as an individual coach, supporting leaders through their challenges and helping professionals navigate career dilemmas. Having reinvented my own career multiple times, I bring firsthand experience to these conversations.

Empowering women, university students and expats
* As a Platinum Tier #IAmRemarkable facilitator, I’m passionate about helping people - especially women - recognize and express their value. I've delivered over 100 workshops.
* For the past 12 years, I’ve led a women's mentoring program, working with a student organization to support the next generation of leaders. My own mentees delegated me, and I won a Mentor Oscar award.* I believe financial barriers shouldn’t limit growth opportunities, which is why I offer scholarship coaching and mentoring to those who can’t afford it. I work with 3-5 pro bono clients at any given time.* In 2026, launched New Roots Mentoring for internationals in the Netherlands.These initiatives are at the heart of my professional work - they reflect my belief that everyone deserves an environment where they can thrive.

My philosophy
I've often described myself as a "Swiss Army knife" because all my work involves the same core elements: guiding conversations and structured thinking. Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, coaching a leader, or consulting on organizational culture, I'm creating experiences that foster learning, vulnerability, and growth.
What drives me is simple: work should be a place people want to go. We spend too much of our lives there for it to be draining or dehumanizing.
This belief has guided my own choices, including my recent move to the Netherlands. Others called it brave, but for me, it was essential. I need to be in environments that align with my values - acceptance, generosity, growth and human-centricity.

I solve the stuff leaders can feel but can't name. I help leaders close the gap between a team that functions and a team that thrives; by building psychological safety, honest communication, and a culture where people actually feel connected.
I assess culture and team dynamics, design tailored development programs, and deliver them. Culture audits, leadership development, team coaching, strategy workshops, mentoring programs, workplace skills trainings, mental health initiatives and culture-informed recruitment. I’m like a “Swiss Army knife”. I facilitate, coach, consult, or train, as needed.

My strength lies in doing the research for you and finding the right approach. My style is gentle, helping people open up to what’s really happening.
My approach is distinctive in three ways:1. Persistence and long-term thinking. Corporate culture doesn't transform overnight; it evolves over years. I'm comfortable in this space, guiding organizations through sustainable change that stands the test of time.2. Broader perspective and systems thinking. I see the deeper connections between corporate culture, human behavior, and organizational results. Rather than addressing isolated problems, I understand how the entire system functions.3. Step-by-step building approach. Beyond theoretical knowledge, I know which specific actions lead to genuine change. I'm a guide for the journey, not just a provider of concepts.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHERStep 1 – Let’s meet for a first conversation
I always start with a free intro session, so we can both see if we connect. This is your chance to get a sense of how it feels to work together, and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
Step 2 – We shape your journey together
How often do we meet? What do we focus on? All of this is tailored to you. If you’re not sure where to start, I’ll help you figure it out. Usually, we meet 5–8 times, but we’ll decide together what works best.
Step 3 – We dive in
My approach is to ask questions and support you in finding your own answers. I truly believe you already have more wisdom than you think – my role is to help you tap into it. If a practical tool or a bit of mentoring would help, I’ll share that too.
Step 4 – You bring it into your life
After each session, you’ll leave with your own insights, next steps, and a sense of clarity. Sometimes I’ll share an exercise or a reading to support you along the way.
